Software
We've built our own defect and task management software: BuildScan, to remedy the most widespread issues in the construction industry today. BuildScan is used both internally within our inspections, and is available to our clients to managing their own projects.
Our inspectors have over 200 years of combined house building experience.
On-Site Experience
All of our inspectors have experience working for house builders and warranty providers in either site or project management roles - bringing to their inspections a wealth of on-site experience.

Created and used by the team behind Premium Inspections, BuildScan is our task and defect management app that we use both in our inspections and consultancy.
